§ 1 General
On the relationship between Miss Chic Online Shop and the Purchaser shall apply in addition to the statutory provisions of these terms and conditions exclusively in its effect at the time of the order. § 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are inclusive of VAT of 19% for Germany. For shipping outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the purchase amount. § 4 Terms of payment, retention of title

§ 6 Warranty
